Since 2017, Lisa Stone has dedicated herself to the Real Estate Industry, and she's a passionate advocate for homeownership, committed to strengthening families and communities through her work.
Lisa's journey in real estate began with a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of owning a home. She learned this when she was a child and her parents finally settled down in the three family home she called home during her school years and when she and David finally figured out how to kick the rental habit in 2010. She understands that homeownership is not just about purchasing property; it's about creating a foundation for families to thrive and communities to prosper. This core value drives her interactions with clients, as she tirelessly works to match them with the right homes, creating a life-changing investment and relationship.
Lisa started her Real Estate career with the coveted Rookie of the Year Award from her brokerage Keller Williams Metropolitan and most recently was named the 2023 Realtor of the year for the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors, where she is an active member of the Board of Directors, serving as President 2021-2022.
In the past few years, her son Isaac, a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force reserves, joined her team as did their Virtual Assistant Jasper Pring. It is the team's hope to expand to help more buyers and sellers to change their lives with the right real estate transactions.
Beyond her role as a REALTOR®, Lisa is actively involved in her community, serving as a volunteer on The Peterborough Planning Board. Her dedication to shaping the development of her local area demonstrates her commitment to creating vibrant and sustainable neighborhoods where residents can flourish. She is also a new agent mentor and an Instructor with Careers in Real Estate.
